Relax and refocus amongst the stars. In this group meditation session set to peaceful sounds in quiet dark of miSci’s Planetarium, seek mindfulness and peace as the universe gently twinkles in the background.

Please note that the Planetarium has comfortable, reclinable, theater seats. Participants may wish to bring their own mat or cushion if you prefer floor seating.
